Chilled fish additions from 3G

Bleiker's Smokehouse smoked Scottish salmonLoch-reared seawater trout portions are among the new chilled fish species to be added to 3G Food Service's portfolio.

Large halibut fillets, pollack supreme and pollack fillets (230g), hake steaks (200g), red snapper fillets (120-180g), basa fillets (180g) and a range of premium smoked Scottish salmon fillets from Bleiker's Smokehouse have also been added.

Frozen Salmon Supremes (110-200g), King Prawn Skewers (55g), Jumbo Battered King Prawns (1kg) and Whole Cooked Lobster (400g) have also been added.

While species such as red tilapia come from tropical climates, many species are also sustainably farmed in the UK. 3G Food Service sources sustainably caught produce such as John Dory, oysters, clams and squid from 30 ports around the UK.
