Pure Origins coffee from Rombouts

Tuesday 25 November 2008 17:37
Pure Origins coffeeRombouts Coffee, famous for its one-cup coffee filters, has introduced the Pure Origins range, including the world's rarest and most famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.

The Pure Origins range is available in two different formats: ground coffee in elegant black caddies for cafetières, and coffee pods for the Rombouts 1, 2, 3 Spresso system.

Operators can also choose between Pur Colombie, Pur Kenya, La Grande Reserve and Moka D'Ethiopia or the exclusive Jamaican Blue Mountain. Each coffee is slow-roasted in the traditional way for up to 18 minutes, which helps to develop flavour and body.

The coffee pods are for use in commercial coffee machines using the patented 1, 2, 3 Spresso system. The machines include the two-group Via Spresso from La Spaziale and the portable Office 1, 2, 3 machine. Each pod contains 7g of perfectly ground and tamped coffee enclosed in natural filter paper and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

In addition to the ground Pure Origins range, the 1, 2, 3 Spresso pods are also available in decaffeinated and Fairtrade options.

All pods are individually vacuum-sealed and packed in cases of 6 x 12 or 16 x 12. The Pure Origin ground coffee gift caddies are available in cases of 4 x 250g.
