Opus 700 Vortech fryer

Product Opus 700 Vortech gas fryers

USP The new OG7115 is reckoned to be the most energy-efficient model in the world, achieving a BSI-verified 97% compared to an average 50%, or 80% for 'high-efficiency' models.

Details The powerful pre-mix burner mixes air and gas to produce heat in the region of 900°C to 1,000°C (25% hotter than in standard models). A multi-pass heat recovery system conserves the heat and the intelligent electronic temperature system keeps frying temperatures stable.

Features The two models include a variant with built-in filtration that extends cooking oil life by 75%. The easy-to-clean fryers also offer electronic ignition; removable batter plates; wide-bore drain pipe and a two-year parts and labour warranty.

Capacity 16 litres

Chip yield per hour 40kg from frozen , 51kg from chilled

Price From £4,395 or £5,895 (filtration model)
