Product Vollrath planetary mixers

Details The three-speed, heavy-duty mixers offer a long life and quiet operation thanks to the heat-treated alloy steel construction of the gears and shafts. They can also accept meat grinders and vegetable slicers which fit in to the built-in number 12 hub.

Features Mixers can be bench- or floor-mounted and are fitted with thermal overload protection and a timer with automatic stop and audible shut-off signal.

Capacity The 20-litre model with 0.5hp motor can mix 11.3kg of bread dough, 9.1kg of heavy pizza dough or cake batter, and 6.8kg of mashed potato. It can whisk 0.9 litres of meringue or 3.8 litres of cream

Accessories Including dough hook , wire whisk, spatula, stainless-steel mixing bowl and safety guard (standard) and grinder and slicer attachments, agitators, bowls and reducer kits (optional)

Range Three, offering 10-litre, 20-litre and 30-litre capacities
