USP The two low-energy units use Halo Heat to provide a controlled, even heat that holds roast meats at serving temperature without losing moisture and nutrients, reducing shrinkage by up to 18%.

Details One or two fixed lamps and an adjustable thermostat increase control of surface temperatures. Sneeze screens and cutting boards (with recessed 'gravy lines' to capture meat juices for sauces) remove easily for cleaning. The stations can be used alone or combined with Halo Heat cook-and-hold ovens or holding cabinets.
