La Brea Bakery's range of 11 part-baked loaves includes baguettes, rolls and Continental breads such as the Roasted Garlic, Rosemary Olive Oil, Pecan Raisin and Olive Oval - which all weigh 450g.
All La Brea Bakery breads are naturally leavened using liquid starters.
The Olive Oval contains Kalamata olives and oil-cured olives to give the bread a rich olive colour and flavour. The Roasted Garlic Loaf contains chopped cloves of garlic roasted in olive oil. The Rosemary Olive Oil Oval is flavoured with a blend of rosemary and extra virgin olive oil.
