Four pasta meals from Brakes

Salmon pasta bakeFour new pasta dishes have been added to Brakes' Italian portfolio, including a Salmon Pasta Bake made with salmon pieces, leaf spinach and penne pasta coated in a rich cheese sauce.

Topped with light, crispy paprika breadcrumbs, the 400g bake is supplied frozen in packs of 12.

The second new ready-meal, Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, is described as a "visually impressive dish". The ravioli is served in a rich tomato sauce, finished with olive oil, oregano and basil. Microwaved from frozen in three minutes, they're available in packs of 12 x 350g.

Also available are the Four Cheese Tortelloni, and Ham and Cheese Tortelloni, which are folded pasta parcels with soft fillings. The four cheeses are ricotta, mozzarella, processed and medium-fat hard cheese, while the ham and cheese contains cured ham and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Added egg content gives the tortelloni a deeper taste.

Both are available in packs of 3 x 1kg.
