Monday 26 January 2009 00:24
Slow cooked shin of beefBrakes Slow Cooked Shin of Beef is marinated in olive oil, fresh thyme, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Slow-cooked in its own juices to retain moisture and flavours, the beef is supplied in 315g portions in packs of eight.

The company's Thin Cut Rindless Back Bacon is now cut to a finer degree, which means a 2.5kg pack yields 72 rashers.

The EU-produced bacon is suitable for breakfast, sandwiches and salads and now offers more portions per pack.
