Sustainably farmed Red Tilapia fillets (80-120g) from Jamaica have a mild, sweet taste and a firm white flesh and offer a suitable alternative to plaice or lemon sole fillets.
This, along with the light and delicate Nile Perch (170-230g) from Lake Victoria in Africa and the freshwater farmed Fresh Basa (140-180g) from Vietnam, is the latest addition to the 3G Sea Food Solutions portfolio.
Red Tilapia, Nile Perch and Fresh Basa have been added to the company's Warm Water Round Fish Range.
