
Sustainably farmed Red Tilapia fillets (80-120g) from Jamaica have a mild, sweet taste and a firm white flesh and offer a suitable alternative to plaice or lemon sole fillets.
This, along with the light and delicate Nile Perch (170-230g) from Lake Victoria in Africa and the freshwater farmed Fresh Basa (140-180g) from Vietnam, is the latest addition to the 3G Sea Food Solutions portfolio.
