Individual Lemon Meringue PieAs retro desserts continue to enjoy a renaissance, Brakes has added an Individual Lemon Meringue Pie to its frozen portfolio.

The sweet pastry case with lemon curd filling is topped with a crisp meringue, weighs 150g and comes in cases of 12.

The Ice Cream Brownie Cake (1.7kg) is a chocolate brownie layered with chocolate-flavoured mousse and full dairy clotted cream ice-cream. It is topped with chocolatey sandwich biscuit pieces, milk and dark chocolate pieces and feathered with chocolate-flavour glaze.

For a lighter alternative, the Lemon and Mascarpone Parfait comprises layers of lemon-soaked sponge and lemon liqueur-flavoured mascarpone with a dusting of icing sugar. Pre-cut into 12 portions for ease of use, the parfait is available in pack sizes of 1kg.
