A bain-marie version of the Victor Deli Topper display range has been introduced for the food-to-go market.
The unit is available with a dry heat well, sized to take gastronorm containers, tiled or glass inserts, and can be supplied with an inclined cradle to hold food.
The Deli Topper range now comprises 27 models, supplied with integral lighting and toughened glass on three sides so that customers can view the food within.
Fluorescent lighting is controlled by a rocker switch located to the rear of the hood on the refrigerated and ambient models. A choice of heights and lengths are available.
All models are manufactured with stainless-steel bases and are supplied with fused 13amp plugs.
