Marco Fazzina has been named as the new general manager of iconic restaurant J Sheekey and J Sheekey Oyster Bar, marking his return to London after launching Le Caprice in New York. Fazzina joined Caprice Holdings in 2005, starting as restaurant and event manager at Caprice Events. Shortly after that he moved to Daphne's in South Kensington as general manager and was there until he was approached to take the helm of Le Caprice in New York.
