USP Spice up your offering - and your profit margins - by seasoning your chips and wedges before serving with Schwartz for Chef's wide range of herb and spice blends. The seasonings - which can also be added to mayonnaise and other chip dips - allow caterers to offer differently flavoured chips with different dishes at a premium price.

Details The blends of authentic flavours from around the world are sold in handy tubs with shaker lids. Hot and spicy mixes such as Blackened Cajun, the chilli-and-lemon-peel flavoured Piri Piri, the onion-and-garlic-based Fajita and BBQ Smoky Mesquite work well with chips and satisfy a growing public appetite for fiery flavours.
