Reusable frying oil filter from Miroil

Thursday 26 February 2009 14:39
Miroil Filter

The Miroil Filter is a reusable frying oil filter that simply sits on the top of the fry pan, filtering the used oil as the operator pours it back in.

Designed to remove almost all crumb and carbon from the frying oil, it not only helps to prolong the oil's life by up to 25%, but reduces the amount of smoke generated, ensures the oil stays cleaner, and helps the fryer itself stay cleaner.

The Miroil Filter is ideally used when the oil has cooled down to a "bathwater temperature". It is easily cleaned by rinsing in a hot water spray, and can last up to six months when used several times a week.

The filter comes with a stainless-steel holder, and is priced from £40 plus VAT.

To buy it, call Miroil
