Imperial electric fryer

Imperial Catering Equipment has recently introduced electric fryers to its range with capacities of 14 litres, 22 litres, 27 litres and 41 litres.

Features include a snap acting thermostat with a range from 93°C to 204°C, stainless-steel frypot, front, sides, door, flue, basket hanger, fine-mesh crumb screen, fry baskets with ergonomic, polyurethane-coated handles and stainless-steel legs with non-marking feet.

The unique serpentine element design ensures quick heat-up and recovery of oil, while the large "cool zones" capture food particles to prevent them from carbonising during frying and tainting the oil. Side Car and Space Saver filter systems are also available.
