The outer cabinet is manufactured from powder-coated galvanised sheet steel and has a fully adjustable shelf system inside that accommodates all sizes of gastronorm container.
Containers should be pre-cooled before loading, as the unit is designed to maintain fridge temperatures and does not act as a blast chiller.
The energy-saving cold compressor produces very little noise or vibration thanks to a special bearing. Additional features include automatic defrost and water evaporation.
