Kevin Fitzpatrick has become Sodexo's new director of operational effectiveness, while
Stuart Carter has moved to the post of director of investment and infrastructure.
Carter joined Sodexo in 1998 from WS Atkins, intially to work on PFI and PPP projects.
He was later appointed director of risk management in 2008. Fitzpatrick joined the firm in 2007 as chief information officer for the UK and Ireland.
