A soft touch

Wednesday 24 March 2004 15:11

The latest glasswasher from Hobart, the AS-GW25, features a built-in self-adjusting water softener to combat the fact that water hardness is different all around the country, and that trace elements in beer can affect the softener chemicals. The unit also features an angled rack to avoid water sitting on and marking the glasses after the wash. Each cycle takes two minutes, the unit can handle 25 pint glasses at any one time, and, according to the company, it has the smallest footprint in its class.
