Mark Crowther has today taken up his position as chief executive of pub operator London Town.
Crowther, who was on-trade sales director at Carlsberg UK, was announced as chief executive in February as part of the group’s move into pubs, which was sealed with portfolio deals last May and November.
Crowther has previously worked as managing director of Pauleys/Brakes Foodservice and has worked for Allied Domecq and Guinness/Diageo.
London Town currently has a portfolio of 225 leased and tenanted pubs located primarily in England.
