Culine Cheese and Garlic Dough Balls can be served as a starter, side or part of a sharing platter.
The individual ciabatta bites are filled and wrapped with a combination of mature Cheddar, mozzarella, Red Leicester and garlic butter. The dough balls are coated in cheese and garlic butter, making them rough and crunchy once baked.
They are sold frozen in 2.4kg packs containing about 200 dough balls.
