Aubergine and Pepper Fritters comprise aubergine and peppers mixed with polenta and Mediterranean herbs; Vegetable Croquettes consist of vegetables cooked with risotto rice and Mediterranean spices while Roasted Butternut Squash Falafels contain butternut squash, aubergine, chick peas, onions and potatoes.
The Mediterranean snack selection comes in 40g portions in three cases each containing 20 portions. All items in the range can be cooked from frozen in 8-10 minutes in the oven.
