3G Food Service has four new popular curry dishes, which are supplied frozen in 350g portions.
There are two chicken dishes: Chicken Tikka Masaala is made with pieces of chicken tikka meat in a rich, creamy, medium-spiced sauce, which combines yoghurt, cream, tomatoes and spices; and Chicken Korma is an aromatic, mild dish with chicken breast cooked with yoghurt, coconut and a hint of spice.
There's also Kashmir Lamb made with pieces of lamb in a medium spiced sauce, saut‚ed with spinach, onions and peppers; and Beef Madras made with pieces of beef in a sauce containing onions, tomatoes and coconut, flavoured with a blend of herbs and spices including chillies, coriander, turmeric and fenugreek.
