Four catering dairy products have been added to the Brakes portfolio, including Gouda cheese slices, cheese blocks, grated cheese and a spread.
The versatile ingredients can be used in cooking, salads and sandwiches and are supplied in 240g packs with 12 slices per pack and six packs per case.
The blocks come in 3kg packs and the grated cheeses come in 1kg bags. The soft spread comes in 2kg cases.
