Fresh swordfish from M&J

Thursday 26 March 2009 07:13
SwordfishFresh swordfish is a by-catch from tuna fishing, pole- and line-caught in Sri Lankan waters.

According to M&J Seafood, swordfish is gaining in popularity on British menus and, like tuna, it is a meaty fish, although less oily. Filleted swordfish yields large boneless loins which can be cut into any size.
