Mixed seaweedsHand-harvested seaweeds from the coasts of Galicia have proved a popular choice with UK chefs, so Flavours of Spain has extended its range of products by 30%.

Seaweed Pasta with Wakame, Seaweed Pasta with Nori, and Sea Urchin Caviar with Wakame have joined the 15strong seaweed portfolio.

Each variety delivers a different flavour, texture and colour and is supplied in dried, flaked, salted and powdered formats.

Fresh seaweed can also be supplied in bulk for chefs, with delivery direct to kitchens within 24 hours of harvest.
