Sanyo Professional EMC 2001 Designed with the most demanding food service kitchens in mind, the heavy-duty Sanyo Professional EMC 2001 has an output of 1,900W and 10 power levels, including variable defrost and multi-portion presets.

Its usable cavity space of 37 litres with dimensions of 238mm x 374mm x 413mm means it is high enough to take taller containers. The stainless steel cavity with ceramic base plate and stainless steel external construction ensure durability and ease of cleaning.

Features include electronic controls with a digital display and 10 programmable presets with three-stage memory, in addition to a manual keypad and dial time entry.
