Normandy apple tartlets are a new thaw-and-serve dessert from D‚lifrance made from 40% fruit with a shortcrust base, an almond filling, apple topping and an apricot glaze. The 110g tartlet can be defrosted or baked off from frozen in 10 minutes, and can be used as an accompaniment to afternoon tea or as a dessert
