Lygon Arms hotel owner Paramount has entered into a partnership with English Heritage.

The 20-strong hotel group will work with the conservation body, which is part funded by the Government and the National Lottery, for an initial term of three years.

The partnership will start in May and allow Paramount to launch its programme of special events to English Heritage’s 270,000 members through website links and inserts into English Heritage’s quarterly magazine.

It will be complemented by short-break offers and discounts to English Heritage members at Paramount hotels.

Stuart Jackson, director of special events at Paramount, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity that I am sure will benefit both parties greatly."
