The Eloma line-up of Multimax B combi ovens have been joined by a quartet of gas-powered versions. The Multimax range has been devised for chefs who prefer a more hands-on approach to the more highly programmed options on the market.
The new gas combis incorporate an in-built hand shower, a multi-point core temperature probe, storage for nine cooking programmes, and four cooking modes. They support the Eloma Multi-Eco and Live Steam systems and offer an optional auto-clean system.
The ovens have gas ratings ranging from 12kW to 70kW and grid capacities from 6 x 1/1 to 20 x 2/1. Prices start at £6,995 and rise to £20,995.
