Tubo glassware range from Libbey

Eight new glassware collections from North American glassware supplier Libbey combine European styling and manufacture with US technology. Three of the new ranges are blown-glass stemware with fine, yet strong, rims: Cannes, the seven-piece Algarve (which features a shorter, Mediterranean-style stem) and the eight-strong Monaco set. The six-piece Tubo and four-piece York collections are both blown-glass tumblers in a predominantly tall, slim highball style.

Completing the collection are three sets of pressed-glass tumblers: the four-piece Bermuda with triangular bases; the three-strong Country, which includes a fluted model and an extra-large 86cl size; and the five-piece Artico with dimpled "golf ball" bases.

Most pieces sell for less than £1 at list price.
