Classic ConicCaterers seeking a long-life, all-weather solution to protecting their smoking customers outside are the targets of Tensaura's modular systems which use flexible tensile membrane fabric on steel frameworks that can withstand winds of up to 120 miles per hour.

The fabrics, which last more than 15 years, are made from heavy-duty polyester membrane with a weatherproof, UV-resistant PVC coating both sides and a PVDF polymer surface coating resistant to pollution.

The steel frameworks have a life expectancy in excess of 20 years. The range of stand-alone or linked shelters include the Classic Conic, Conic Connections, Pavilion, Dome Arch, and Texo Canopy along with custom-built bespoke options. Options include side screens, integral smoke cowl, radiant heating, diffused lighting, a choice of colours, branding opportunities, a built-in sound system, and flooring.

The products carry a 10-year guarantee and cost between £180 and £270 per square metre.
