The Ferado Terrace for alfresco smoking shelters

The Ferado Terrace is an all-in-one outdoor dining, shelter and heating module that fits the definition of a non-enclosed space under the new anti-smoking regulations. It can hold 12 people seated or up to 20 standing and the modules connect easily together to provide more space.

The company claims that a two-module system can earn an extra annual profit of £56,000 a year for businesses that serve an average 50 covers during a 10-hour outside trading day at about £20 per head.

The terrace includes an integrated roof-mounted heater powered by Calor LPG, brandable side panels, a gutter cup system, wind breaks and flooring options. The Ferado Terrace costs £10,500 to buy but can also be hired for set periods.
