The Ilchester Cheese Company has introduced a new range of miniature speciality flavoured whole cheeses. The 150g or 200g round cheeses are designed to avoid wastage on the cheeseboard. Case sizes can vary, and cheeses come in nine different varieties, including Applewood smoked cheese, Wensleydale with cranberries and white Stilton with apricots.
