Briochettes, bundt cakes and a trio of new muffins are new offerings from French bread specialist Delice de France. The briochettes are individual brioche portions made with butter and ready to bake from frozen. The 1,620g ring-shaped bundt cake (a favourite in the USA) is made from sponge and available either as a Chocolate-Coated Cinder Cake - a rich cocoa cake marbled with white chocolate chunks and coated with chocolate ganache - or a Zesty Lemon Cake - a lemon Madeira cake coated with fondant icing, dusted with icing sugar and sprinkled with lemon zest. Finally, there are three new muffin flavours: honey bran, reduced fat cranberry and orange, and tropical fruit muffin.

List Prices: briochettes 45p each; bundt cakes £23.20, or £1.45 per 100g portion; reduced-fat muffins £1.39 each
