Jus-Rol is offering a new selection of canapés for event caterers, featuring puff pastry casings, a filling and a flavoured topping. The canapés come in either meat or vegetarian selections, each with three different varieties. The meat selection comprises Thai-style beef with a coriander and breadcrumb topping; smoked ham, Cheddar and Gruyère with a breadcrumb topping; and chilli chicken salsa with a chilli and breadcrumb topping. The vegetarian option offers Stilton and apricot with breadcrumb; Oriental-style vegetable with cracked black pepper and breadcrumb; and vegetable rogan josh with coriander and breadcrumb. The canapés are packed in either meat or vegetarian cases of 90 (30 of each variety) and are supplied frozen.
