Pierre Robert is the latest addition to the Cheese Cellar Company's 2,000-strong range of cheeses. The cheese is made in the Ile-de-France region of northern France from cows' milk, enriched with cream and then matured for three weeks, to give what the company describes as a simple flavour and a soft texture suitable for spreading. The cheese is cylinder-shaped, measures 13cm wide and 5cm high, and weighs up to 500g. Packed in 4 x 500g cases.
