Rat Blocker unit

Vermend's Rat Blocker works by preventing rats from gaining access to your premises via the sewer system and involves no pesticides or hazardous chemicals.

The blocker is made from stainless steel and fits all plastic, clay and concrete sewage pipes between 100mm and 250mm without disrupting the flow of waste.

Inside the blocker is a double steel flap which opens when the pressure from the flow of waste builds up, allowing it to pass through to the sewer. However, pressure applied to the other side of the flap closes it and creates a barrier.

The Rat Blocker can be installed via an extendable handle that lowers the device through a manhole to be turned and locked securely into place. The handle can then be easily detached.
