Herbal remedy

Supplier of food storage bags Everfresh has teamed up with producer Fresh Guernsey Herbs to offer a range of 25 popular herbs, including mint, basil and rosemary, in 250g packs. Mixed bags are also available.

The company says that Everfresh Guernsey Herbs reach caterers within two days (usually 24 hours) of being picked. The packs stay in prime condition for longer because they are impregnated with a mineral that absorbs the gases that cause produce to deteriorate.

PRICE: From £2.50 to £4, depending on variety

AVAILABLE FROM: www.everfresh.uk.com
