Bridgehouse Hotels has put the leasehold of its four-star Wimbledon hotel up for sale at £20m.
The 46-bedroom Cannizaro House is situated near the All England Tennis Club and is a favourite haunt of tennis stars Boris Becker, Pat Cash and John McEnroe.
The hotel also features conference and banquet facilities, a bar, restaurant and outdoor terrace overlooking Cannizaro Park.
Gerard Nolan, director of property agents Savills said the deal presented a “fantastic opportunity” for an investor to purchase a “profitable hotel with the best location in Wimbledon”.
He added: “As the only four star hotel in Wimbledon, Cannizaro House is a particularly attractive place to stay during the summer months when guests can enjoy the beautiful grounds that the hotel is set in and indeed perhaps some tennis too.”
