London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) drop by 10.2% in the week ending 22 July, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar fell to £121.78, down from £135.65 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy dropped by 2.6 percentage points to 87.3% while average room rate declined by 7.6 % to £139.49, compared with £150.88 in the corresponding week of 2006.
