Contract caterer Charlton House has won a five-year deal worth £4.5m to cater at The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) in London’s Westminster.
Under the deal, which went live earlier this month, Charlton House manages a full conference and meetings catering service on-site, covering everything from breakfast and working lunches to seated fine dining events for up to 150 people.
Nico Prinsloo, business development director of Charlton House, said: “This is a great win, adding to our growing commercial venues contracts.
“Our prospective client was impressed by our operations at the Royal Institute of British Architects and at the Institution of Engineering & Technology. Our goal is to build on IMechE’s success to date as a leading London venue.”
Charlton House has a current annual turnover of £75m and employs 1,900 people nationwide.
