USP The tablets allow owners of SelfCooking Centres to make full use of their Cleanjet or CareControl automatic cleaning programmes in soft water areas, where the water can create foaming problems when using detergents.
Details The new CareControl programme monitors food and cooking time and alerts staff when cleaning is required. The operator places the anti-foam and biodegradable CareTabs into the drawer, the detergent tabs in the cooking cabinet basket and then lets the programme determine the cleaning cycle.
