Product Cleaning rack for Eau de Vie bottles
USP This hygienic solution to cleaning the bottles used for Eau de Vie's on-site filtered mains water has been designed by Winterhalter for use with its UC Series of under-counter units but will fit most standard glasswashers. Winterhalter's Classeq arm markets Eau de Vie in the UK.
Details The rack will clean up to 25 bottles at a time in an upside-down position for maximum cleaning. The Eau de Vie system can produce between 45 to 300-plus litres of filtered water per hour.
