Italian food supplier Bri-Tal has added a range of chargrilled and roasted Italian-grown vegetables to its range, including peppers, potatoes, courgettes and aubergines. The vegetables are roasted from fresh and supplied to the caterer cooked but frozen, to be heated through. The company can provide a bespoke product, adjusting ingredients according to the customer's requirements of size, colour and shape.
