The Bush Inn, a 200-year old food-led freehouse in Pembrokeshire, has changed hands.
The property is now owned by Kevin De Banks from Whitland, Carmarthenshire, who owns a builders’ merchant business near his new acquisition.
The Bush Inn occupies a one-acre site on the A40 tourist route just outside the village of Robeston Wathen (near Narbeth) and is close to Oakfield Leisure Park and to numerous caravan sites.
It provides a public bar, a 65-seat lounge bar and two-bedroom owners’ accommodation with lounge, bathroom and kitchen. Outside is a beer garden with a children’s play area and a large car park.
Food accounts for 60% of the Bush Inn’s business.
