Trésor Blanc is the latest product to be launched in the UK by the Metropolitan Coffee Company.
Created by French master chocolatier Monbana, it has a high cocoa butter content of 9%, giving it a full, rich flavour and smooth mouthfeel.
Available in 1kg resealable tubs and sachets, it perfectly complements traditional hot chocolate on any beverage menu.
Also available under the Monbana brand is Supreme Continental Chocolate. A thick, creamy, hot chocolate powder, it has an intense flavour, owing to its 33% cocoa content. It comes in 1kg resealable tubs and sachets.
