New under-counter water boilers from Instanta

Wednesday 26 November 2008 11:54
Under-counter water boilerWhen hot drinks are the order of the day but counter and wall space are limited, a new under-counter boiler from Instanta provides a simple solution.

With a range of models suited to various sizes of operation, the under-counter models require just enough room for a compact push-button font above, while the boiler sits hidden away beneath the counter unit.

Three sizes of stainless steel boiler are available, capable of providing three, 12 or 40 litres of hot water in one go, and between 27 and 72 litres per hour. A second font can also be used with the two larger boilers.

Each under-counter model can be programmed to dispense a measured volume or deliver on demand. An energy-saving Eco mode is incorporated, and the water temperature is maintained at around 98°C but can easily be reduced to as low as 80°C if required for disposable cups.

The boiler has minimal steam escape, five water-level sensors and an early-warning intelligent diagnostic system with LCD display.
