LainoxThe extensive range of Lainox holding cabinets and regenerators, which will handle both hot- and cold-plated meals and bulk dishes, all have optional core probes to keep the correct temperature and prevent food-poisoning incidents.

The HM and HMC lines of countertop holding cabinets are compact, stackable and easy to carry and install. They feature electronic temperature controls, calibrated oven vents and low energy consumption. Humidity can be added to the food transport trolleys to prevent meals from drying out.

They include the HM series of static holding trolleys on braked castors and the HC line of trolley-mounted, ventilated holding cabinets and regenerators with a refillable water supply and a system that monitors the chamber to determine the best regenerating and hot holding conditions.

The HR and HD range of stainless-steel Just Chill refrigerated holding trolleys can carry cold foods between +5°C and -12°C and come in single- or double-door options.
