The GFS600 Glass Froster from Precision is a back-bar freezer cabinet designed to ensure that cocktail glasses are served with an attractive frosted appearance at the colder temperatures now demanded by consumers.
It can quickly chill up to 80 small wine glasses or half-pint glasses to below freezing point, while an optional fruit holder will preserve cocktail garnishes in peak condition.
Available in a standard 600mm width and 905mm height, features include a stainless-steel wipe-clean door, adjustable stainless-steel grid shelves, blown-air refrigeration and electronic temperature control. Automatic defrost and self-vaporisation of waste water means there is no need for a drain.
