Scanfrost coldroomThe new walk-in modular coldrooms from Scanfrost, available in chiller or freezer versions, offer a tailored cooling and storage solution for hotels, restaurants and caterers.

The modules, which have a 970mm depth and 1.95cu m storage capacity, can be configured to any specification and subdivided into separate areas for items needing different storage temperatures.

They can be assembled in three hours and easily dismantled for relocation.

They are made from 85mm high-density polyurethane, which gives 200% better insulation than polystyrene, and all doors feature security locks and keys.

New features include a soft door with rounded corners, an electronic command station and a remote heat extraction system that offers lower running costs and noise levels. The extensive list of accessories embraces anti-skid floors, standard or aluminium shelving, sliding door systems, bromic freezer or chiller systems, strip curtains, temperature monitoring systems and light switches.
